Humane Outreach & Public Education, H.O.P.E. we actually go into all parts of Greene County and promote and support  spay and neuter.  Sometimes the tragedy of the animals we find is unimaginable.  In addition to paying for spay and neuters, we also try to provide for veterinarian services for the animals in need.  Before intervening, we make sure that the family is in agreement that all animals will be spayed or neutered, no exceptions.

We work closely with the Animal Medical of Greeneville who provide all our vet. services.

Right now we have found  dogs who  need treatment for the mange.  It is treatable, and we are looking for sponsors to pay for the treatment.  If you are interested in helping, please contact Emily 423 329-2528, or contact our Veterinarian’s office 423 639-0743 to make arrangements to help pay for the treatment.
